Feed Them First Missions!

There's a strory of a storm that was so violent that it drove countless thousands of starfish up on the beach with its massive wave action. The next morning, an old man, who regularly walked the beach for exercise, was tossing the starfish back into the water. A young man, who was jogging on the beach, spied the enormous amount of starfish on the beach and noticed the old man laboring. As he jogged past, he said to the old man, "There's no sense in that. There are just too many of them for you to make a difference!" The old man thought for a second, picked up another starfish, tossed it back into the water and gently replied, "I'll bet I made a difference to that one!" The young man stopped and upon returning to the old man... began to pick up starfish and toss them back into the water as well... together, they made an untold difference.
